Jolie is the Founder, Director and driving force behind Canvass. She’s a wellness consultant who delivers programs that are therapeutic, fun and tailored specifically for each individual or group. Jolie utilizes art, yoga and meditation techniques to help participants practice mindfulness. She develops curriculums for schools and corporations, conducts regular classes, workshops, events and retreats for women and men locally and overseas.

She encourages her students to play with their edge, while providing a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment where each individual can work to their full potential.

Natalia’s yoga classes bring emphasis on breath, simple asanas and yogic philosophy. Although classically trained, her love for practicing different styles of yoga creates a more eclectic and current feel to her classes. She finds the balance between dynamic and relaxing all in one class. Her holistic approach to teaching allows students to leave with a sense of serenity and empowerment. Natalia’s kids classes are playful and fun but also give children the opportunity to learn about yoga and mindfulness, finding growth from each class.

Wil guides participants gently through a deeply relaxing and powerful meditative Sound Journey, leading you into inner stillness. The soothing sound of singing bowls and a variation of instruments will shape a melodic soundscape of harmonics and rhythms, allowing your body to relax, release, restore and to feel rejuvenated. The connection with a set intention aims to address core issues at the basis of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges, allowing for personal growth through self-healing and an enhanced balance in life and wellbeing.
