She develops curriculums for schools and corporations, conducts regular classes, workshops, events and retreats for women and men locally and overseas.

Natalia’s yoga classes bring emphasis on breath, simple asanas and yogic philosophy. Although classically trained, her love for practicing different styles of yoga creates a more eclectic and current feel to her classes. She finds the balance between dynamic and relaxing all in one class. Her holistic approach to teaching allows students to leave with a sense of serenity and empowerment. Natalia’s kids classes are playful and fun but also give children the opportunity to learn about yoga and mindfulness, finding growth from each class.

Judith might seem like a new face but she has worked with Canvass for some time. With her diverse experience in the corporate world, teaching at schools, positive psychology and mindfulness, she brings a wide range of classes to our online lessons during this circuit breaker period.
Judith fills her kids lessons with inspirational messages to bring confidence and peace of mind to her students. Her adult classes are challenging yet light hearted as she pushes you with her kind, energetic and motivational cues.
