Jolie Michelle Ow has more than 18 years of teaching experience and has facilitated classes, courses, retreats and festivals to local and international practitioners. After several years of developing and facilitating holistic wellbeing programmes to schools, museums and corporations (the experience only reinforced her beliefs in specialised, not standardised learning), Jolie founded her own business Canvass, a centre for your attention since 2005, where the focus is on holistic, organic learning and where exploration, is just as key to a students development. She continues to develop her practices by participating in workshops and training, and in charity work. Jolie’s programmes are tailored with respect to age, abilities, skills and needs.

With a professional background in Art Curation and trained in Embodied Dance Movement and Somatic Therapy, Julia Vasko is a trauma-informed facilitator that believes Art is an expression of the soul which can be used as a tool for awakening, for empowerment, and for connection.

As such, she curates and facilitates art exhibitions, meditations, creativity workshops and movement journeys to activate vitality, healing, transformation, and authentic expression.

Her preferred medium is through the body, harnessing the power of breath, movement, and sound to connect to the deeper Self – and then expressing herself visually through Art.

With 5 years of growing experience in teaching yoga, and with a professional background in acting, singing, art and her recent qualifications in teaching children, Gayle Nerva is a movement facilitator that combines her knowledge and experience in embodying movement arts for connection and self-empowerment.

Gayle Nerva teaching style is fun-loving, lighthearted, and grounded in compassion and exploration. She enjoys many styles of movement, from the stable alignment-based holds of a Hatha practice, to the dynamic flowing movements of Vinyasa, Dance, and Gymnastics.

For Gayle, Yoga extends beyond asana, it is the people in her life, the food she eats, the songs she listens to, it is never forgetting to be thankful and grateful. It is choosing to be kind, patient and mindful to herself on bad days, and being brave to begin over and over again.
