Soul Shine Holistic Kids Camp: A 3-Day Magical Journey

At the Soul Shine Holistic Kids Camp, children will embark on a transformative adventure of self-discovery, empowerment, and joy. Through a unique blend of mindfulness, creativity, and fun, campers will explore what it means to live in alignment with their true selves, drawing inspiration from Tibetan ancient wisdom and Greek mythology. Here’s a glimpse into the magical experience awaiting them, from Day 1 to Day 3.
Day 1: Awakening the Inner Light
Theme: Courage & Confidence
- Morning Welcome & Soul Shine Circle: Campers will be introduced to the camp’s magic through fun icebreakers and an opening circle where they’ll set intentions for their journey.
- Mythology Exploration: The Story of Athena: Campers will learn the story of Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom and courage, and how to embody these traits in their own lives.
- Totem Animal Discovery: Children will be introduced to their personal totem animal through a guided meditation and creative art session, where they’ll create masks or drawings of their guardian animal to represent courage and strength.
- Yoga & Movement Session: Building Courage: Kids will participate in a dynamic yoga session designed to empower them, focusing on poses that promote confidence and inner strength.
- Picnic & Potion-Making: The day will end with a magical picnic where children will create their first herbal potion, blending ingredients to symbolize courage and clarity, while enjoying mindful eating.
Day 2: Creating Dreams & Manifesting Magic
- Morning Circle & Affirmations: Campers will revisit their intentions, focusing on affirmations for clarity and creative growth.
- Greek Mythology: The Story of Apollo: Children will dive into the tale of Apollo, the god of light, music, and prophecy, to explore their own creative potential and how to follow their inner truth.
- Vision Board Creation: Using magazines, art supplies, and coaching cards, campers will craft their 2024 Manifesting Creative Boards, setting their dreams and intentions for the future.
- Herbal Alchemy Workshop: Potions for Creativity: During the afternoon, children will mix another round of potions, this time focusing on herbs that promote creativity and inspiration. They’ll learn about the ancient art of herbalism and how these natural ingredients enhance well-being.
- Mindful Movement: Flowing with Clarity: A calming yoga and movement session to help children clear their minds, promoting focus and balance in their journey of self-discovery.
- Mythic Stories & Meditation: Ending the day with a storytelling session, children will hear about the Tibetan legend of the “Lotus of Clarity,” followed by a mindfulness exercise to help them cultivate inner peace.
Day 3: Shining Your Light
- Morning Gratitude Circle: Children will start the day by sharing their experiences and what they’ve learned about themselves so far, fostering communication and group connection.
- Mythology Exploration: The Story of Hermes: The day begins with the story of Hermes, the messenger god known for his wisdom in communication. Campers will learn how to express themselves with clarity and compassion.
- Totem Animal Empowerment Ritual: Campers will revisit their totem animals, engaging in a ritual where they embody the qualities of their guardian, practicing communication skills, and affirming their personal strengths.
- Final Vision Board Touches & Sharing: Campers will add final touches to their vision boards and have the opportunity to share their dreams and goals with the group, practicing communication and speaking from the heart.
- Yoga & Sound Healing Session: A closing yoga session will be paired with sound healing, allowing children to integrate all they’ve learned, relax, and harmonize mind and body.
- Closing Ceremony & Soul Shine Parade: The camp will end with a celebratory parade where children will showcase their totem animals, vision boards, and newfound confidence. They’ll receive a special token to remind them of their personal journey and commitment to shining their light.

At the end of these magical three days, each child will leave the Soul Shine Holistic Kids Camp with a heart full of courage, a clear vision for the future, and the tools to communicate their dreams with confidence. They will take home their vision boards, potions, and the wisdom of ancient stories to continue shining their light long after the camp ends
