A recent workshop experience
Guests were led into the SV Bespoke Studio where they learnt more about creating their dream car—from picking out their car seat leather to choosing the colour of their Range Rover.
Then, guests relaxed with a mindfulness session featuring sound healing and art therapy, including a singing bowl session and coffee painting. The latter allowed guests to let their creative juices flow and create their own masterpieces, which they got to bring home after the session.

Facilitated by Jolie Michelle Ow
With two decades of experience in teaching, coaching, and leading holistic wellbeing
programmes, Jolie is a social entrepreneur, educator, and founder of Canvass Mindfulness Centre. She is a pioneer in personalised, heart-centred learning that integrates the body, mind, and emotions to support meaningful, lasting transformation.
Jolie’s work has reached thousands across schools, international corporations, museums, and public institutions. She has developed and facilitated programmes for organisations such as LinkedIn, luxury hotels, global banks, international schools, and cultural institutions. She also partners with charity organisations to bring accessible wellness and creative learning experiences to underserved communities.
As a dedicated educator and programme developer, Jolie designs train-the-trainer courses and is currently developing a new series of mindfulness-based training modules to support long-term wellbeing, leadership, and capacity-building across sectors.
