Your subscription starts from the date of purchase and renews on the same day each month.
Some months have 4 weeks and others have 5 weeks. You’ll benefit from months with 5 weeks at no additional cost.
Yes! As a subscriber, you’ll enjoy discounts and access to other classes available in the schedule.
No, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Present a valid medical certificate, and you’ll receive one credit token that can be used within 30 days.
Refunds will only be issued if we receive cancellation in writing to info@canvass.com.sg at least 15 days before the start date of the camp.
A credit note will be issued if we receive cancellation in writing to info@canvass.com.sg less than 15 but not less than 8 days before the start date of the camp. The credit note will be valid for 3 months from cancellation date and is also transferable.
Cancellations notices received 7 days or less before the camp commencement date will be non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a 17% admin and service fee which will be deducted automatically.
Request of refunds / extension / cancellation / transferred credits has to be written to info@canvass.com.sg. Please expect a delayed response within 3-5 days due to the changes in covid period. Any form of verbal communication, whatsapp or call will not be accepted. For any replacement classes if unwell, we will need a medical certificate to be emailed to info@canvass.com.sg with at least 24 hours of notice.
