About the Mini Kids Retreat
Over two nourishing days, children will be attuned to Reiki- a gentle energy that opens their hearts and hands to self-care, calm, and compassion. With mindfulness, breath, and creative play, they’ll learn to sense their aura, understand their emotions, and support their own wellbeing.
Guided through the healing practices of Reiki, Yoga, Taichi, and Art, each child will create a personal healing toolkit to carry with them- learning how to express feelings, ground their energy, and connect to their inner light.
Movement flows through Aura Kinetics, Jolie’s signature blend of taichi-gong, yoga therapy, and Reiki energy work, inviting joy, balance, and embodied presence.
