ABOUT THE SCHEDULE

Nepal holds a special place for Jolie.

Since 2007, she has traveled to Nepal for charity work and to immerse herself in the rich philosophy and teachings of Yoga and Dharma.

These teachings and practices, though not religious, focus on personal development by drawing on ancient wisdom and integrating it into modern life.

In April 2024, Jolie revisited Nepal to inspect accommodations, film the experiences, explore guest facilitators, and engage a local guide Tsering who is an ex-monk from Kopan Monastery. Her aim was to curate a comprehensive program that encapsulates her powerful experiences in a single journey.

The locations for this retreat were carefully selected to offer a safe space for peace, quiet contemplation, and deep practice.

The schedule, arranged with Tsering’s help, may be adjusted to ensure you experience the guest facilitators and have enough time for practice and rest.

Daily Practice of Silence: Each day, you’ll begin with silence at dawn, continuing until the designated time to break it. Should you wish to maintain silence beyond this, simply let us know, and we’ll provide you with a ribbon to signify your choice.

Day 1: October 26th

  • 5:00-6:00 PM: Orientation
  • 6:00-7:30 PM: Blessing Ceremony
  • 7:30 PM: Welcome Dinner at Hotel Domaling
  • 9:30 PM: Meditation + Sound Healing
  • 10:00 PM: Retreat

Day 2: Hotel Domaling – October 27th

  • 6:30 AM: Guided Silent Meditation
  • 7:30 AM: Aura Kinetics (Yang-focused)
  • 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Mindful eating, reading, and time for Aura Manifestation)
  • 11:00 AM: Break Silence and Transportation to Sivapuri for a Hike to Budhanikantha Temple and Nagi Gompa
  • 4:00 PM: Return to Hotel Domaling / Rest and Relax
  • 5:30 PM: Aura Kinetics (Yin-focused) + Sound Healing
  • 7:30 PM: Light Offering at Boudha Stupa, followed by Dinner Nearby
  • 9:30 PM: Retreat

Day 3: Hotel Domaling – October 28th

  • 6:30 AM: Guided Silent Meditation
  • 7:30 AM: Aura Kinetics (Yang-focused)
  • 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Mindful eating, reading, and time for Aura Manifestation)
  • 11:00 AM: Break Silence for Sharing Circle and Reiki Attunement
  • 12:00 PM: Free and Easy – Explore Cafes and Shops Nearby
  • 3:30 PM: Guest Facilitator on Sound Healing Tools and Chakra Healing
  • 4:30 PM: Rest and Relax
  • 5:30 PM: Aura Kinetics (Yin-focused) + Reiki and Meditation
  • 7:30 PM: Dinner Near Boudha Stupa

Day 4: Hotel Domaling – October 29th

  • 6:30 AM: Aura Kinetics (Yin-Yang) and Guided Silent Meditation
  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast (Mindful Eating)
  • 9:30 AM: Travel to Namo Buddha/Pharbing with Guided Mindful Walking, Meditation, and Aura Kinetics
  • 6:00 PM: Return to Hotel Domaling / Short Rest and Relax
  • 6:30 PM: Sharing Circle and Oracle Card Reading + Orientation for 2nd Retreat Location
  • 7:30 PM: Dinner at Hotel Domaling
  • 9:30 PM: Retreat

Day 5: Kopan Nunnery – October 30th

  • 6:30 AM: Guided Silent Meditation with Guest Facilitator – Venerable Namjong 
  • 7:30 AM: Aura Kinetics (Yang-focused)
  • 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Mindful eating, reading, and time for Aura Manifestation)
  • 11:00 AM: Break Silence for Sharing Circle and Discussion
  • 12:00 PM: Guided tour in Kopan with Guest Facilitator – Venerable Namjong, followed by lunch 
  • 3:30 PM: Guest Facilitator Tibetan Medicine Doctor from Sowa Rigpa
  • 4:30 PM: Rest and Relax
  • 5:30 PM: Aura Kinetics (Yin-focused) + Reiki and Sound Healing
